- Strengthening Health, Hygiene, and Daily Routines for Consistent Learning Readiness: Morning health checks reduced late arrivals by 23% over two terms.
- Building Emotional Resilience Through Counseling, Mentoring, and Peer Support Circles: 71% of referred students met personal goals within 12 weeks.
- Growing Family–School Partnerships With Workshops, Home Visits, and Progress Meetings: 210 guardians attended at least one workshop; average satisfaction score 4.6/5.
